With its presence in local communities across the US and territories, reach to underserved and marginalized populations, and mission to promote health and well-being of individuals and communities through research-informed programs and outreach, Cooperative Extension has the potential to be a national leader in implementation of the CDC’s evidence-based Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP). This presentation focuses on the reach and effectiveness of Diabetes Prevention Programs offered by Extension in 11 states across the nation.
