This proposal explores the development and acceptability of a video story-telling intervention aimed at increasing diabetes management self-practices in the Hmong community in a Saint Paul community clinic. By grounding the project in Hmong values and oral traditions, our goal is to create diabetes management tools that empower Hmong community members to achieve diabetes optimal care management.
